Terms & Conditions

1. Clients may incur charges for any changes to the originally booked route or additional destinations. Such alterations are subject to the driver's discretion and availability on the day of travel.
2. Our vehicles strictly adhere to legal passenger limits and will not exceed the stated number of passengers permitted by law.
3. While we strive for punctuality, we cannot accept responsibility for delays beyond our control, such as traffic conditions, accidents, breakdowns, adverse weather, and other unforeseen circumstances.
4. A2B Transfers Brighton endeavors to ensure that our vehicles or those of our subcontractors arrive on time.
5. The chauffeur will drive at safe and prudent speeds, considering road conditions, traffic, and adhering to legal speed limits.
6. Any changes or variations, including additional mileage beyond the agreed booking, will incur an additional fee for the client.
7. We reserve the right to substitute alternative vehicles if the original vehicle experiences a breakdown or other unforeseen issues, such as delayed flight returns.
8. A2B Transfers Brighton ensures that both our vehicles and those subcontracted are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims. Client property is carried at your own risk, and A2B Transfers Brighton cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to such property.
9. A2B Transfers Brighton reserves the right to refuse to transport any passenger who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose behavior poses a threat to the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.
10. Clients are liable for any damage they cause to the interior or exterior of the vehicle they have hired.
11. A2B Transfers Brighton strictly enforces a non-smoking policy in all of its vehicles.
12. A2B Transfers Brighton may occasionally subcontract work to other operators.
